FaZai AI provides an ecommerce image workspace, including detail image generation, quick image tools, account login, payment and entitlement management, API keys, and related image APIs for web and client applications. We may update or modify services at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: distributing malware, sending spam, violating intellectual property rights, or using the API in ways that harm the service or other users.
5. Intellectual Property
Prompts, inputs, and generated outputs you submit through FaZai AI remain subject to your rights and the rights of the relevant providers. The FaZai AI platform, branding, and technology are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the service.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
Paid features are billed according to the plan you select. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refund policies are detailed on the pricing page.
7. Limitation of Liability
FaZai AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
